Reservation and Payment
- Deposit: To book at Gabizz Apartments, we require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival at the location.
- Payment Methods: Payment can be made with holiday cards via a payment link (sent to the email address provided by you), by bank transfer, or in cash and card on-site.
Check-in
- Check-in Hours: Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. Please inform us of your exact arrival time!
- Early Check-in: If the apartment is available and you have an urgent need, you can check in from 09:00 by paying an early check-in fee of 100 lei.
- Late Check-in: For check-in after 20:00, request details via WhatsApp message at phone number 0040721148189.
- Payment upon Arrival: If you have only paid a deposit for the reservation, the remaining balance will be due upon your arrival at the location.
Check-out
- Check-out Hours: Check-out is until 12:00.
- Early Check-out: If you wish to check out early, the total amount for the entire initially reserved period must be paid.
- Key Return: Please inform us 15 minutes before checking out so a member of Gabizz Apartments staff can come to collect the keys.
- Lost Keys: In case of losing a key along with the associated magnet, a fee of 50 lei will be charged.
Parking Space
- Availability: We can provide a parking space depending on availability and with prior reservation. Parking spaces are limited.
Valuable Items
- Responsibility: Do not leave valuable items in the apartment! We are not responsible for the loss of your belongings!
Smoking
- Prohibition: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the building’s staircase!
Baby Cot
- Availability: You can request a baby cot free of charge, subject to availability.
Damages
- Furniture: Please leave the furniture in the apartment in the position it was when you arrived.
- Damage Fee: In case of damage to any items in the apartment, an additional fee will be applied based on the damages incurred.
Services
- Cleaning: We provide cleaning and change bed linen and towels once a week or upon special requests between 08:30 and 11:30. For these free services, please notify us a day in advance!
Accessories
- Equipment: The apartments are fully equipped with cooking and dining necessities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, water kettle, toaster, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine with capsules.
- Trash: During your stay, if you are unable to take out the trash, please place it outside the hallway door in the morning, and our cleaning staff will collect it. Please do not leave trash in the apartment upon departure.
Quiet Hours
- Respecting Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Pets
- Policy: Unfortunately, due to several unpleasant incidents, we no longer accept pets of any kind. However, as individuals, we remain Pet Friendly Forever!
